ABM Back 2 Work Employee ABM Back 2 Work Staff Monitor ThisAppworks in conjuntion with ABM B2W Station. This is an App thatisdownloaded on to your Android Mobile Phone. The App has theabilityto store relevent safety questions and once these areanswered andthe answers show everything is ok it then deams you aresafe toreturn to work and a QR code is then made available on yourscreen.This code on your screen is then shown to the ABM B2WStation frontfacing camera which then grants access to thebuilding, increasesthe occupancy count, and updates all therelevent logs.

ABM Back 2 Work Staff Monitor The system keeps track of who isinthe building at any given time and can keep track and reportwhothey may have been in contact with while they were there. Italsorecords the number of people in the building to see if therelevantcorrect occupancy levels are been maintained. It can be runon asmany tablets as required, i.e. for various departments,area,sections or floors, minimum requirement is for just oneAndroidTablet at the main entrance. Here is how it works: Yourcompany hasan Android Tablet set up in the reception or theentrance area. Atregular determined intervals, an employee beforethey arrive in towork will be prompted on their own mobile deviceto answer relevantsafety questions. If these are answered correctly& the systemdeems it is safe to go to work, it then shows aunique QR Code onthe staff member’s own phone. Once they arrive inwork, theypresent this QR code on their mobile phone to thereception’sreader and if there is free capacity, it then welcomes (bothvisual & verbally ) the person in to the building, itincreasesthe occupancy count on all the screens in the building&updates the relevant logs. When they leave the premisestheypresent their phone to the reader screen, it then records thefactthat they have left the building, it decreases the occupancycounton all the screens in the building & updates the relevantlogs.There is also a facility to allow visitors to enter thebuildingalso, the system can send an invite email out to thevisitor, whothen follows the details on the email, it also producesa QR codewhich they then show on entry into the building similar toabove.This system works in conjunction with our ABM B2W Employeeapp onan employees mobile phone, however the Visitor function doesnotrequire any other other app just the ability to recieve an emailontheir mobile phone or a printout of the QR code from adesktopprinter.
